The Colonial Motor Company Limited (“the Company”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.3.5, that the closing date for nomination of directors is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 2 September 2016.
Any nomination should be delivered to the registered office of the Company at Level 6, 57 Courtenay Place, Wellington or be posted (to arrive by the closing date) to P O Box 6159, Marion Square, Wellington 6141.
The annual meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held at midday on Friday, 4 November 2016. Formal notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders in September with the annual report.
