On Friday, 19 August 2016 the directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited declared a final dividend of twenty-seven (27.0) cents per share. The dividend will carry full imputation credits based on the corporate tax rate of 28% and a supplementary dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders.
The dividend will be paid on Monday, 17 October 2016 to shareholders on the register at close of business on Friday, 7 October 2016.
