Notice is hereby given that the 98th annual meeting of The Colonial Motor Company Limited will be held in the Hospitality Suite at the St. James Theatre, 77- 87 Courtenay Place, Wellington, New Zealand on Friday, 4 November 2016 commencing at 12:00 midday.
The notice of meeting is being mailed to shareholders in the 2016 annual report with a form to appoint a proxy or corporate representative to attend the meeting. Proxy forms must reach the Company's registered office on Level 6, 57 Courtenay Place, PO Box 6159, Marion Square, Wellington 6141 no later than 12:00 midday on Wednesday, 2 November 2016, being 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
