The Colonial Motor Company Limited (“the Company”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.3.5, that the closing date for nomination of directors is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 4 September 2015.
Any nomination should be delivered to the registered office of the Company at Level 6, 57 Courtenay Place, Wellington or be posted to P O Box 6159, Marion Square, Wellington 6141 to arrive by the closing date.
The annual meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held at 12:00 midday on Friday, 6 November 2015. Formal notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders in September with the annual report.
