On Wednesday, 19 August 2015 the directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited declared a final dividend of twenty (20.0) cents per share. The dividend will carry full imputation credits based on the corporate tax rate of 28% and a supplementary dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders.
The dividend will be paid on Monday, 19 October 2015 to shareholders on the register at close of business on Friday, 9 October 2015.
