Transfers between trusts. All of the 1,445,723 ordinary shares previously owned by the R C & N L Gibbons Trust of which J P Gibbons is a trustee and a beneficiary have been transferred to other Gibbons family trusts. 520,317 shares were transferred to the D M & J P Gibbons Trust. 520,316 shares were transferred to the P L Bennett No. 2 Trust and the balance of 405,090 were transferred to a trust in which J P Gibbons has no interest.
Number of Voting Securities – The net reduction in the substantial shareholdings since the last notice has been 385,090 shares.
