Notice is hereby given that the 93rd annual meeting of the shareholders of The Colonial Motor Company Limited will be held in the Company’s registered office at Level 1, 89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, New Zealand on Friday, 4 November 2011 commencing at 11:00 a.m.
The notice of meeting is being mailed to shareholders in the 2011 annual report with a form to appoint a proxy or corporate representative to attend the meeting. Proxy forms must reach the registered office no later than 11:00 a.m. on 2 November 2011, being 48 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
