The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited has declared a fully imputed interim dividend of seven (7.0) cents per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid together with a supplementary dividend (where appropriate) on Monday, 4 April 2011 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday 25 March 2011.
