The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited has declared a fully imputed final dividend in respect of the year ended 30 June 2011 of twelve (12.0) cents per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid together with a supplementary dividend (where appropriate) on Tuesday, 25 October 2011 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday 14 October 2011.
