The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Falcon Robert Storer Clouston as a director of the company. The appointment will be effective from 1 June 2011.
The board considers that Mr Clouston will be an independent director in terms of Listing Rule 3.3.2.
