The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited has declared a fully imputed interim dividend of six (6.0) cents per ordinary share including the bonus shares issued on 18 January 2010. The dividend will be paid on Monday, 12 April 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Thursday 1 April 2010.
