The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited has today resolved to pay a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2010 of 9.00 cents per ordinary share on Tuesday, 26 October 2010 with a record date of Friday, 15 October 2010. The dividend will carry full imputation credits of 3.857 cents per share. A supplementary dividend will also be payable.
