The board of directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited wishes to announce that John Wylie has expressed his desire to step down as chairman on 31 January 2011. John will continue as a director until his previously announced retirement at the end of 2011.
The board has elected J.P. (Jim) Gibbons as chairman effective 1 February 2011.
